The new School of Sustainable Design Engineering was unveiled today in front of hundred’s of guests who filled into it’s large atrium at the University of Prince Edward Island. The new building will house four-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Sustainable Design Engineering) students in its progressive and innovative labs and classrooms. The degree program is designed to provide a highly flexible learning environment that is responsive to the dynamic needs of students and the industries that employ them.
With a solid grounding in the fundamentals, students in the Program’s 3rd and 4th years, can enhance their technical knowledge by choosing one of three engineering focus areas: Mechatronics (MT), Sustainable Energy (SE), or Bioresources (BR).
